about me

you can call me sin. i started seriously making art six years ago after moving across town in order to create posters for my walls. though i've been drawing, and even painting, for a long time, i did not get into digital art until last summer during quarantine. i ordered my first drawing tablet last june and have used it nearly every day since. my sketchbook, i am sorry to say, was left by accident in my dorm room, which is on the other side of the world.

with that, i am an international student based in the southeastern united states. my university, for those who are wondering, is in japan. aside from art, i enjoy studying foreign languages, traveling and writing. i do have a story published on episode and am working on a second one. you can follow my writing @write.rsblock on instagram. first and foremost, i am a coder and secondly an artist. feel free to message me about any coding issues you may have, as well. you can also find coding tips from me on @episaviors_ and @epy.elegance and script templates from me on @episaviors_

i create art in five styles: semi-realistic, galleria, episode, character edits and animated, which is done in one of the three aforementioned styles and animated in the episode writer's portal.

if you see my art posted anywhere other than @sin.ful_art or without proper credit please report it immediately

about my art

all of my art is drawn on my huion tablet in krita and each piece takes anywhere from 1->24 hours to create.

semi-realistic style is the very straightforward, classical looking art style. it features elements intended to look like real things-- real people, real places, etc. this sort of art is what i am most comfortable with, albeit not the easiest to do. i occasionally open commissions for the semi-realistic style, but it is extremely rare as they take me a long time. you'll also notice i really, quite enjoy drawing eyes. these pieces are never traced, though reference image(s) may sometimes be used.

galleria style was named for a comment i received on an image i did in this style, stating that it looked like a 'real work of art.' this style is something unique that i do, and really quite enjoy doing. commissions are always open in this style and may take a few days to complete. this pieces are never traced, though reference image(s) may sometimes be used.

episode style is modeled after episode characters. some of my episode-style pieces are edited, meaning i make custom poses using the characters and then trace the outline over them. i would never trace over another person's art. i do change certain features, particularly hair, eyes and clothing. recently, i've been drawing out the pose more than editing then tracing. i sometimes take requests on this style, if you don't mind waiting for a long time, and do have a model form that you can fill out. typically, i prefer to take only ink requests, though on occasion, i will do something in limelight. (i would also be willing to try classic.)

animated style isn't really its own unique style, but it is something that i have started doing just for fun. i actually started with it for my upcoming story addiction, in which i have commissioned/requested overlays made by artists intended to look like limbs for the purpose of having a moving art piece. the pieces on my instagram are the result of me playing around with what i could do with my own art and the portal. i really make these just for fun and will probably never open commissions or requests on these.
